How to make it

  • beat the egg whites until soft peaks form
  • add the sugar a little at a time beating well
  • add the vanilla and the vinegar beat well
  • pile mix on to a well greased cookie tray or on baking paper
  • bake slowly in a cool oven about 160 degree celcius
  • leave in the oven until pavola is cool
  • beat the cream until soft peaks form and pile onto pavlova add fruit if desired strawberries or kiwi is nice
