How to make it

  • Preparation:
  • HEAT OVEN TO 400
  • Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, the dressing and corned beef. Spread in ungreased pie plate, 9x 1 1/4 inches or a quiche dish, around the same size. Top with sauerkraut and remaining Swiss cheese.
  • Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve hot with the rye slices or rye crackers!

    I’ve made this before, and everyone always enjoys it. I don't think it helps the Packers win any games though.
