Homemade Pork Sausages And Beer Cabage!

- 1lb of ground pork shopping list
- 1/2lb of pork fat shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 2 lemons for the zest shopping list
- 2 tb spoons of chopped parsley shopping list
- 3 garlic bulbs shopping list
- 2 grey shallots really finely chopped shopping list
- about 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs shopping list
- Some mustard seeds shopping list
- 3 sausage wraps shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- butter shopping list
- 6 slices of bacon shopping list
- 1/2 cabbage chopped shopping list
- 1 german booze shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix all the sausage ingredients and season well. Insert your mixture in the wraps and make 6 inches sausages.
- 2. In a pan, color the bacon with the butter then add your beer. Add the cabbage and cook for 45 minutes at low heat, until the cabbage is tender. 15 minutes before it finishes cooking, season the meal.
- 3. Cook the sausages in your pan and finish them up in the oven at 400°, serve on the cabbage with some dijon mustard !
