How to make it

  • 1. Mix all the sausage ingredients and season well. Insert your mixture in the wraps and make 6 inches sausages.
  • 2. In a pan, color the bacon with the butter then add your beer. Add the cabbage and cook for 45 minutes at low heat, until the cabbage is tender. 15 minutes before it finishes cooking, season the meal.
  • 3. Cook the sausages in your pan and finish them up in the oven at 400°, serve on the cabbage with some dijon mustard !
