Hamburger Cupcakes

This is one of those meals that is so easy the kids can do it! My husband has a similar recipe and I made this one the other night and he said mine is better! LOL that is a big deal from the ultimate self proclaimed chef lol.
Ingredients
- 12-16 slices bread with crust cut off shopping list
- 1 lb hamburger shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded shopping list
- dash of seasoning salt shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the meat and onion together.
- Meanwhile...
- Take your cut bread and spray with cooking spray.
- Place sprayed side down in a muffin tin.
- When meat is done drain and add in cream of mushroom, parmesan cheese, and seasoning salt. Mix up well.
- Scoop the meat into the muffin tins that have bread in them. I use a large cookie scoop from Pamperd chef but a ice cream scoop would work as well.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella
- Put in oven for 15 minutes at 350.
