Lightly Curried Pork Chops Recipe
This can be altered for a little spice or a lot of spice. My husband, who hates curry, loves this.

Ingredients
  • 4 one inch thick pork chops
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dill
  • sprinkle of garlic salt
  • canola or olive oil for frying

Directions
  1. Heat your oil and over medium temp. heat in a pan.
  2. Add your lemon juice, curry, and dill.
  3. let it cook slowly for a few minutes so the oil gets flavored
  4. Sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt
  5. Add pork chops to oil one at a time
  6. stir each pork chop around in the oil on both sides to get a good coating of oil and spices on both sides
  7. Fry on low-medium heat until pork chops are cooked

I would like to try this. may i not use dill? im not sure if we have that here.
