Ingredients
  • 3/4 C oil
  • 1 C cocoa
  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 C flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Mix oil, cocoa, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, and then add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together (except powdered sugar), and add. Chill until easy to handle, or overnight.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Roll teaspoon size balls of dough into powdered sugar. Place 2" apart on a baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until just barely set (they should just appear crackled). Makes bunches of baby cookies!
