How to make it

  • Fry egg to your liking (I like mine over-medium w/yolk busted)
  • Spread cheese on toasted bread, top with egg, season with salt and pepper, then top with proscuitto. Cut in half if you desire & enjoy! Serve with fresh fruit (red grapes would go well).
