Fantastic Open-faced Fried Egg Sandwich

- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted shopping list
- 1-2 oz. garlic & herb chevre (goat) cheese, enough for a generous spread on toast shopping list
- 2 slices proscuitto, cooked crispy shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry egg to your liking (I like mine over-medium w/yolk busted)
- Spread cheese on toasted bread, top with egg, season with salt and pepper, then top with proscuitto. Cut in half if you desire & enjoy! Serve with fresh fruit (red grapes would go well).
