How to make it

  • Saute onions till golden in small amt of oil(set aside).
  • Take and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. All of the seasonings you do to taste. I did about a tsp of each. I used about 1 cup combined of the different bread crumbs and added a litle more panko for binding meat mixture to the consistency you like.
  • shape into patties and brown on both sides on top of stove med/high heat, then add cooked onions to pan.
  • mix together packet of brown gravy using beef broth instead of water. pour over patties and let everything simmer for about 20/30 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  • great with mashed potatoes or mac & cheese.
