How to make it

  • 1. Mix the first 3 ingredients and then rub on roast and place in skillet and brown the meat.
  • 2. Then place the roast in slow cooker and add all the ingredients and cook on high for about 5-6 hours checking after 4 hours.

    So glad I have a cooking buddy. No onion soup mix. Yippee. A pot roast is so good on a cold winter day with some crusty French bread and hot German lettuce. Love it.
