Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets shopping list
- 2 large lemon shopping list
- butter shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- basil-- fresh or dry shopping list
How to make it
- marinate salmon in lemon, salt, pepper then fry then pour melted butter with lemon juice after plating then sprinkle with basil, winner!

This is delicious! I did not marinate the salmon beforehand, rather seasoned with salt & pepper and cooked salmon in butter with a bit of olive oil and added the lemon juice.
