How to make it

  • In a medium skillet, over medium heat, brown the beef, onion, garlic, red pepper and mushrooms in a little bit of oil. Drain off liquids. Stir in the mustard, ketchup, sweet relish, tomato paste, tomato soup and the salt and pepper. A little bit of water may be added if too thick. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
