How to make it

  • Sear shrimp in oil till just starting to turn pink;remove to plate
  • Saute shallots and garlic briefly
  • Add wine,herbs,red pepper and tomato
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer a couple of mins.
  • Add shrimp to sauce for about 3 mins or more depending on size;remove to plate
  • Swirl in a pat of cold butter to finish sauce
  • Add cooked linguine to sauce and heat briefly
  • Divide linguine among 2 plates in a nice mound in middle.
  • Arrange shrimp around edge of plate;pour remaining sauce over all.

    Sound like Charlie know what he is doing in the kitchen! a high 5! and i could eat those shrimp off the monitor because they look so good!
