Peanut Butter Popcorn Crunch Recipe

How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl combine popcorn and pretzels and set aside.
  • 2. In a saucepan combine the sugar, honey and corn syrup and bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  • 3. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla and then pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
  • 4. Pour onto a baking sheet which has been greased.
  • 5. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
  • 6. Cool for 10 minutes break into clusters .
