Peanut Butter Popcorn Crunch

- 6 cups popped popcorn shopping list
- 2 cups miniature pretzels shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a bowl combine popcorn and pretzels and set aside.
- 2. In a saucepan combine the sugar, honey and corn syrup and bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
- 3. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla and then pour over popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
- 4. Pour onto a baking sheet which has been greased.
- 5. Bake uncovered at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
- 6. Cool for 10 minutes break into clusters .
