3 Minute Chocolate Mousse Recipe
This is so remarkable it's embarassing that it's so easy! Talk about melt-in-your mouth.

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips or more expensive bittersweet chocolate broken into pieces.
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier liqueur or Cognac
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Place chocolate, egg, vanilla, Grand Marnier or Cognac, sugar and a pinch of salt into a blender and blend just enough to mix.
  2. Heat milk until just about to boiling.
  3. Pour milk into blender and blend for 1 more minute.
  4. Pour into 4 dessert cps and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. SAVOR THE FLAVOR.
  6. Just note, the quality of the chocolate does affect the taste. More expensive chocolate is enhanced by the liqueur.
