Corn Salad

- 5 cans of white shoepeg corn, drain this very well shopping list
- Diced tomato, deseeded and diced small shopping list
- About ¾ green pepper diced small shopping list
- Spoonful of Miracle Whip (ok, I am a Hellmann’s fan and I actually liked this so I would not change it) shopping list
- Of course salt and pepper! shopping list
How to make it
- This recipe is to taste so add as you wish. I would be careful adding the mayo. The corn is juicy and will make more juice so add some and let it sit. It may make some more juice to the mix. She said add a little. So who knows what a little is.
- The 5 cans made a lot. So I would be sure if it if for a family only make a can or two.
- I am going to try adding fried bacon next time I make this. I may add some old bay another time.
- I am trying to revamp this whole thing with BUTTER salt and pepper!!!! LOL
