Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

- 1/2 lb ground chuck shopping list
- 1/4 lb ground pork shopping list
- 1/4 lb italin sausage shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped fine shopping list
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste shopping list
- 2 (2 lb) cans crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 small can sliced black olives(drained) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon basil leaves shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or reg sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 lb angel or pasta (or pasta of your choice) shopping list
- shredded mozzarella shopping list
How to make it
- Chop onion and garlic and cook in olive oil in lg pan or pot until tender.
- then add in meats and brown,drain grease.
- add back to pan and add in all the tomatoes, paste and olives along with all the seasonings.
- simmer on low up to 1hr. Remove from heat and add in parmesan cheese Incorporate good.
- Boil pasta per directions and drain well. place back into pot and add in meat sauce make sure all the pasta is well coated.(can freeze any extra sauce).
- Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 30min at 400 degrees.until cheese is nice and melted,
- ***IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO MAKE SAUCE YOU CAN USE JARRED SPAGHETTI SAUCE***
