How to make it

  • Mix the lemon juice, vinegar, oregano, honey, oil, paprika, pepper, and onion. Place chicken in a ziploc bag, pour the marinade over the chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and brown.
  • Add 1/4 cup chicken broth to the skillet, cover, and simmer 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is done.
  • Pour the remaining marinade in a small saucepan and reduce to a sauce consistency. Serve the reduced marinade sauce drizzled over the chicken, if desired.
