Angel's Breasts - Papos De Anjo

- 12 oz sugar shopping list
- 6 eggs plus 4 egg yolks, all beaten up together for 5 min shopping list
- 2 tbsp thick pumpkin jam shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Make a thick syrup with the sugar and a little water to melt the sugar.
- Remove from the heat and beat in the jam. Boil again over low flame to thicken again.
- Cool it down a little and add the beaten eggs and cinnamon, stirring vigorously.
- Butter really well small patty tins and half fill them with the mixture (the sweets rise a lot when baking)
- Bring the tins to a preheated oven (375F) until set and golden.
