How to make it

  • Marinade:
  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and add the chicken. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight (or for at LEAST an hour). Cook in marinade for 20 minutes at 200C (390F).
  • Sauce:
  • Heat the oil and add the spices. When mixed add the tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes before ading the sour cream and cream.
  • Add the now cooked chicken (including the marinade) and stir well.
  • Serve with chopped coriander and cashews.
