Otterpond Spinach Casserole

- 20 oz spinach - Frozen, Chopped Or Leaf, Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Witho shopping list
- 1/2 cup mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup onions shopping list
- 1 cloves garlic Clove shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 6 oz Philadelphia light cream cheese shopping list
- 2 tbsp Milled flax seed shopping list
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar (shredded) shopping list
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder shopping list
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Baking Splenda shopping list
- 2 tbsp parmigiano Reggiano shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost and drain the frozen spinach.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Saute the onion until softened.
- Mix all ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese in the casserole dish. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean and cheese on top begins to brown
