Primal Chili

- 2 pounds grass fed meat (beef or bison) shopping list
- 0.25 pounds Chorizo shopping list
- 1 large onion diced shopping list
- 3 Serrano or jalapeno peppers (seeded if you want a milder heat) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. bacon fat shopping list
- 2 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes shopping list
- 3 tbsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp. paprika shopping list
- Sharp Cheddar (optional) shopping list
- sour cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the beef and chorizo in the bacon fat over medium heat.
- Add the onion and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, stir.
- cover and simmer for 1 to 2 hours on low heat.
- Serve with sharp cheddar and sour cream (optionally)
