How to make it

  • Combine the pineapple juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork chops and marinate about 4 hours.
  • Remove pork chops from marinade, (reserve marinade), season with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil.
  • Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and braise pork (covered) for about 10 minutes or until cooked through and very tender. Add more water or juice if necessary.
  • Optional: add pineapple chunks to the braising liquid and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Serve over rice.
