Pineapple Braised Pork

- 4 boneless loin chops, flattened shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the pineapple juice and worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork chops and marinate about 4 hours.
- Remove pork chops from marinade, (reserve marinade), season with salt and pepper and brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil.
- Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and braise pork (covered) for about 10 minutes or until cooked through and very tender. Add more water or juice if necessary.
- Optional: add pineapple chunks to the braising liquid and thicken with a cornstarch slurry. Serve over rice.
