How to make it

  • Saute onion and carrots in olive oil just until the vegetables begin to soften. Add oregano, garlic powder, and paprika and stir well.
  • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook about 10 minutes or as per the package directions.
  • Lower heat and add chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Continue to simmer until veggies are tender and chicken is heated through.
