Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine meat with garlic, oil, Worcestershire and oyster sauces, steak seasoning and lemon juice in large bowl.
  • Mix well to distribute seasonings and oil. See Photo
  • Set aside for about half an hour.
  • Then, add corn starch and toss, again.
  • Heat about 2-3 T of oil in wok or similar pan til hot.
  • Add red pepper flakes and shake and let cook about 30 seconds.
  • Immediately add beef(dump the whole bowl in, but stand back ;)
  • Stir and cook until just above rare..this should only take a few minutes.
  • Add all veggies and toss well.
  • Cook a few more minutes just until meat is done to your liking(medium rare is best, IMO) and veggies have just lost their crunch.

The worcestershire in this was a nice change from your typical soy sauce based stir-frys. I didn't realize my mushrooms had gone bad on me until I pulled everything out to make this dish so I had to leave them out which was a bummer. It was still very good and one I will make again.
