How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine egg, milk, onion, chili powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Mix in 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
  • Add beef, mix well.
  • Shape into 6 patties about 1/2 inch thick
  • Coat with remaining crumbs.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook patties in the oil for 5 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
  • Serve with condiments of your choice.

    superdupper ate it and said...
    Man, oh man ... two nights in a row you've not let me down!! This was great. I added some mushrooms and used a whole onion though. Aside from that, I followed the recipe and it was fantastic!!! THANKS!! :-)
