- Hand full of frozen mixed veggies shopping list
- 1/2 Cup rice + 1 Cup water for rice Cooker shopping list
- Some salt for one onigiri shopping list
- A dab of soy sauce and sesame seed for the other onigiri. shopping list
- 1 large egg whisked. You can add some sugar to it if you like. shopping list
- 1 Small Handfull cabage chopped up. shopping list
- Cap full of sesame seeds shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced. shopping list
- 1 Tsp rice vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Put rice in rice cooker and let it cook. While its cooking put on some water to boil for the veggies. When the water is boiling put the veggies in and cook according to package directions.
- Set veggies in a bowl to cool after done. When the rice is done create two riceballs to fit the bento box.(Or lunch box.) Put salt on one of the onigiri. For the other mix the rice gently with some sesame seed then create the shape. Set it on a plate and pour a small ammount of soy sauce right on top.
- Cook the cabage garlic and sesame seed together in some oil or olive oil. Add the vinegar when it starts to look done. Take up let cool.
- Take the egg and cook it to scrambled egg and put the rest of the rice in with it and let cool. Put everything in your bento and enjoy!
