How to make it

  • Beat mascarpone cheese, whipping cream and vanilla in a large bowl at medium speed, using whisk attachment, 2-3 minutes or until smooth and firm.
  • Place half of pie cubes in bottom of 4 quart trifle dish. Spread 1/2 whipped cream mixture over pie cubes. Drizzle with half of each the chocolate and caramel toppings. Sprinkle half of the pecans and repeat layers.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 8.
  • *Cream cheese can be substituted for the mascarpone cheese.
