How to make it

  • In a skillet brown the sausage until not pink.
  • Remove and discard mushroom stems.
  • Place on a microwave safe plate
  • Microwave for 2 minutes uncovered, drain
  • In small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients
  • Spoon into caps.
  • Cover and microwave at 70% for 5-7 minutes or unitl heated through, drain.
  • Let stand 5 minutes sprinkle with parsley.
