How to make it
- In a skillet brown the sausage until not pink.
- Remove and discard mushroom stems.
- Place on a microwave safe plate
- Microwave for 2 minutes uncovered, drain
- In small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients
- Spoon into caps.
- Cover and microwave at 70% for 5-7 minutes or unitl heated through, drain.
- Let stand 5 minutes sprinkle with parsley.
