Butterscotch Pudding Cake

- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1 pkg(3 oz) cook-and-serve butterscotch pudding mix shopping list
- 1/4 c sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 3/4 c milk shopping list
- 2 TB canola oil shopping list
- 1 TB vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 c butterscotch chips shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 3 TB butterscotch sauce shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1-1/3 c boiling water shopping list
- whipped cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Coar slow cooker wit nonstick spray.
- In med. bowl,,whisk together the flour,pudding mix,sugar,baking powder and salt Make a well in center and add milk,canola oil and vanilla. Gently stir until batter is smooth. Stir in butterscotch chips. Pour evenly in slow cooker bowl
- Topping:In small bowl,stir butterscotch sauce and sugar together ;pour in 1-1/3 c boiling water and stir till smooth. Pour over batter in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for about 2-1/2 hours or till cake is puffed and top layer set. Let stand,covered,30 mins. before serving. Serve with whipped cream ,if desired
