Lemon Icebox Pie

This could be a lemon bar as well as a pie, it's fast and it will impress. it looks much harder to make .
Ingredients
- 1 pack graham crackers crushed and made into a pie shell (9 inch pie pan is what I used) shopping list
- 1 can lemon pie filling shopping list
- 1 box lemon pudding shopping list
- small amount of cream about 8 ozs. sweetened with almost a tbs. of sugar, whip until stiff. shopping list
How to make it
- Make a pie shell, add the lemon pie filling, then the lemon pudding and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
- this is really good and fast and sure to impress!!!!! Let sit for a couple of hours to set up. The lemon pie will need to dry out then the pudding will need to thicken.
