Roasted Fennel With Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • core and thinly slice fennel
  • combine with rest of ingredients, except tomatoes
  • roast on baking sheet 500 degrees, about 20 min.
  • toss in the tomatoes, roast until they burst, about 7 more min.

    You got me with fennel...it is my new favorite veggie! I need to post a fennel, chicken, roasted red pepper recipe that I'm in love with. Thanks for this and I'll be making it on Sunday! Printed. Bookmarked.
