How to make it

  • Combine everything except lettuce (this will store covered in refigerator for a couple days - you may need to add a splash more vinegar and/or oil as needed)
  • Serve on or tossed with lettuce.
  • (You can also add tomatoes and/or cucumbers...whatever veggies you have on hand!)
  • For Weight Watchers, this comes out to 6 PointsPlus per serving
