Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a medium casserole dish (I used 8x8 glass), arrange half of cauliflower then distribute half of goat cheese pieces and top with half of Jack cheese. Pour one cup half & half over & sprinkle pepper. Layer rest of cauliflower, goat cheese, Jack cheese, half & half and black pepper. Finally top with Parmesan/Romano. Bake for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is softened and sauce has thickened a bit. Remove from oven & let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

I'm going to the store tomorrow. This sounds way too good. I believe it is an upscale substitute for my Mac & Cheese craving. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
