How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 250
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Beat egg whites until light and frothy
  • Add in sugar slowly beating after each addition
  • Beat mixture until thick and shiny
  • Fold in pecans
  • Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet
  • Bake until dry to the touch 30-40 minutes
  • Melt chocolate and cream in microwave on 50% power for 45 seconds, remove and stir well until melted, drizzle over cooled cookies.
