Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wash n clean well the fish cutting all the fins n clean the stomach....rub kosher salt on the fish n keep it aside
  • Grind all the above mentioned ingredients for the green sauce ... dont worry about the chilly as when it will be steamed it wont be spicy or hot at all ..... grind it into fine thick paste not watery
  • Now rub this sauce on the fish generously all around and fill some sauce in the stomach area n let it marinate atleast for 5min... or more till you fix ur steaming cooker
  • Today i had some fresh cabbage leaves so i just took some large leaves laid on the steam plate which was already cover with some aluminium foil n then i laid the fish on it .... just to preserve the juice of it.... but its totally optional if u dont have cabbage leaves u can just put some aluminium foil paper n then put the fish on the top of it ....
  • Steam it for 6-7 mins ..... Dont open it directly let it settle down for 5- 6mins then add some olive oil on the top of it ....u can discard the bones before serving .... it will more easy to remove bones from cooked fish....
  • Serve it as a side dish or main dish whatever u prefer .... good amount steam veggies can go along or just freshly made potato chips ....

  • Tip : Fish is the one of the most healthy food ever know ... but as little its cooked its best for the health.... steamed fish is most healthy ..
