Passover Mac And Cheese

I saw this on the Net and knew I had to try this as a vegetarian alternative. It came out wonderful and I can see how this will become a family favorite for any time of the year. Ingredients
- 3 cups matzo farfel shopping list
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese ( grated/shredded/chopped ) shopping list
- 6 Tbs melted butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 2 cups milk ( I used skim ) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry ground mustard powder ( my addition ) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all together
- place in casserole and cover
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Uncover and stir well to mix cheese
- Return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer to brown top a bit
