Easy Egg Rolls

- 1 lb. hot ground pork sausage shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed shopping list
- 1 (10-oz) bag shredded coleslaw mix shopping list
- 1 (16-oz) package Egg roll Wrappers shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Broen meat, drain & put in skillet. Put in ginger & garlic; cook 1 minute. Add Coleslaw Mix and cook for 3 minutes. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- 2. Sppon 1/4 cup mix in center of each wrapper. Roll and seal with a touch of water.
- 3. Fry in batches for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
