Ingredients

How to make it

  • Insert a toothpick into each caramel ball.
  • Press into a marshmallow, sort of "shaping" it around the ball a bit. You probably won't cover it completely, but that's okay, it should hold it's shape somewhat...this is where the larger OR higher quality marshmallows come into play ;) See Photo
  • When those are all done, put them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and toss 'em in the freezer for half hour or so.
  • Melt candy melts over double broiler or in microwave according to package directions.
  • Remove candy from freezer and dip each one in a color of the candy coating and place back on cookie sheet.
  • Repeat with as many colors as you want, until done.
  • Let harden at room temperature. When candy coating is no longer sticky to the touch, carefully remove toothpicks. If you don't like the hole that's left, just try to mold a lil coating over it, or use the pick to fill the hole with a lil left over coating, reheating slightly, if needed.
