How to make it

  • Cook chicken in skillet for about 2 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream and cheese.
  • Add the mushrooms and sundried tomatoes.
  • Pour into the skillet with the chicken breasts.
  • Cover and simmer 10-12 minutes until chicken is done.
  • Serve over hot rice.

    Yeah, certainly not for the calorie conscious, but I must admit, this looks very much well worth going off the diet!
