Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice* shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped (optional) shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, smashed shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt shopping list
- Pinch coarsely-ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle.
- Shake well to combine.
- yields about 1/4 cup
