I wanted something light for a side salad for my dinner and this was perfect. It has a nice little tangy lemon feel to it. I didn't have any fresh thyme but I have a friend who puts chopped up basil in her green salads so I thought I would give basil a try and I really liked it. I think its a great substitute. I used a honey dijon although I do have real dijon. I just like the honey one better. :) I cut this recipe in half and that is what is shown in the little bowl. I probably did about 1/4 of the salt though. I had enough for tonight and will use the rest tomorrow. Thanks, Softie, for an easy but tasty recipe. :)
