How to make it

  • Butter a casserole dish. Steam the vegetables to thaw them only.
  • In a bowl combine the cream, mayo and cheese.
  • Place the thawed vegetables in the casserole dish, cover with the cream mixture. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven 325 for about 50 minutes, or until lightly browned and puffy on top.

    I have been looking for this recipe and was delighted to find it here. Our family first had it over 20 years ago and have not been able to find it again. I can't imagine the caloric content, but it sure is good!! YUM!!
