This is a great little side dish. It has a sweet quality to it. Doesn't need any salt or pepper. Uses a 9x13 casserole dish.
If I were to add anything, crumbled bacon would fit nicely.
Used Miracle Whip instead of Mayo.

I did actually have the first portion as a main dish and that's all I ate for lunch. Mother served up herself a very large portion for supper. So I might not get but a little bit more of this before it's all gone.

Love your pics Points..but I'm afraid there's too much going on as far as ingredients for me to make this..I usually stay away from heavy cream..I'm pretty boring when it comes to veggies...I steam them with a little seasoning..that's it....boring:)
