How to make it

  • 1. Open and drain garbanzo beans. Rinse with water and spread on a paper towel. Pat beans until dry.
  • 2. Cover baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray. Spread beans across the sheet and toss with olive oil and spices.
  • 3. Put beans in a 300 degree oven. Every ten minutes take beans out and rotate them to ensure even cooking. Repeat this step 3 to 4 times. After beans have become golden brown increase the temperature to 375 and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, until crispy.
  • 4. Cool and enjoy.
