How to make it

  • Wash and keep the leaves of the kolrabi See Photo. Remove the spine then sliver/shred the leaves.
  • Shred the kohrabi and radish.
  • Thinly sliver the bell peppers.
  • Pour the Wasabi Dressing over the vegetables, toss to coat.
  • Chill 1 hour before serving.
