How to make it

  • Fry the sausages and bacon - or use some you saved time with by cooking the evening before
  • Scramble the eggs
  • Halve the sausages
  • On each melt put 2 rashers of bacon and two halved sausages
  • Cover with the scrambled egg
  • Cover with the grated cheese
  • Put under a hot grill (this is where you have to bear with me - what do you guys call what I call a grill?!) until the cheese bubbles and slightly browns.
  • If liked, a bit of Worcester sauce on top of the cheese works a treat
