Breakfast Melt

- French bread cut to about 8" long, halved lengthwise and buttered shopping list
- 4 rashers bacon shopping list
- 4 sausages shopping list
- 2 - 3 eggs and a little milk shopping list
- cheese - Chedder is best but any strong cheese works - grated shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the sausages and bacon - or use some you saved time with by cooking the evening before
- Scramble the eggs
- Halve the sausages
- On each melt put 2 rashers of bacon and two halved sausages
- Cover with the scrambled egg
- Cover with the grated cheese
- Put under a hot grill (this is where you have to bear with me - what do you guys call what I call a grill?!) until the cheese bubbles and slightly browns.
- If liked, a bit of Worcester sauce on top of the cheese works a treat
