Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cocoa shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1ounce red food coloring shopping list
- icing shopping list
- 10 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 pound butter shopping list
- 1 1/3 pounds confectioners sugar shopping list
- 2 cups pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into cupcake papers. Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 350*. or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Icing: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix. When smooth and well mixed, add pecans.
