Bourbon Chicken With Pork/veg Stir Fry

chicken Marinade
- 6 chicken breasts - Skinless shopping list
- 1/2 Cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 1/3 cup apple juice shopping list

Ingredients for cooking chicken
- 3 cloves garlic - Crushed shopping list
- 1/4 Cup onion - Minced shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Apple Juice shopping list
- 3 Tablespoon Ketchup shopping list
- ______________________ shopping list
Stir Fry Rice
- 2.5 Cup raw rice - Cooked and chilled shopping list
- 1 Cup cooked pork - I use leftovers from a BBQ joint shopping list
- 2 Cup Mixed Veggies - carrots corn peas shopping list
- 1 small onion - Minced shopping list
- 6 scallion - Diced - Optional shopping list
- 1 Cup bean sprouts shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic - Minced or Crushed shopping list
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 3 eggs - Scrambled shopping list
- 5 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce shopping list
- 4 Tablespoon peanut oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rice and let cool in fridge for a min of 4 hours!
- Marinade chicken only using 1/2 of it and reserve rest for later.
- Prepare all ingredients for fast cooking!
- Heat 1/2 of the peanut oil in the wok and Olive oil in a skillet on HIGH heat.
- Drain marinade from chicken and add to skillet along with minced oinion and garlic. Brown Chicken. Add onions, and garlic to Wok and saute. At the end of the Saute process throw in your scallions.
- Cook mixed veggies in some butter water salt and pepper. Drain and let rest in pot.
- Once chicken is browned add 1/2 Marinade reduce heat and stir frequently. Sauce will thicken. Remove heat and Cover to keep warm.
- In the Wok the oinions are borwned a bit so we add the rest of the peanut oil and the sesame oil. Add your rice and turn every few secs. seperate the grains as it fries.
- Scramble the Eggs in a seperate pan with some butter salt and pepper. Set aside.
- All this is going to happen in a few minutes so prepare yourself!
- To the rice start adding Soy, and oyster sauce, Stir.
- Add ginger, salt, pepper, and sugar, Stir.
- Add the pork, Egg, bean sprouts and Veggies, Stir.
- The whole rice process takes about 10 min tops to cook.
