How to make it
- In a small bowl, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat.
- Add salt and vanilla. Continue beating until stiff.
- Fold in chocolate.
- Place 1 tablespoon of batter on a parchment-lined cookie tray
- Bake at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until insides are no longer doughy.
