Chocolate Meringue Cookies Recipe
These light cookies melt in your mouth. They are easy to prepare, and taste delicious.

Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat.
  2. Add salt and vanilla. Continue beating until stiff.
  3. Fold in chocolate.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of batter on a parchment-lined cookie tray
  5. Bake at 250 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until insides are no longer doughy.
