How to make it

  • Preheat grill to high. Toss peppers with olive oil,season with salt and pepper flakes.
  • Grill,turning,until blistered,about 10 mins. Transfer to bowl and toss with 1TB olive oil,some chopped mint and lemon juice. Top with crumbled feta.

    Oooo yum! I bet they would be really good stuffed with the feta and mint and then grilled. I love those little peppers they are so fun, I have a recipe I made with them...I should really post it lol
