How to make it

  • Chop the green bell peppers and tomatoes.
  • Place them in a bowl. Then pour a Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
  • Add a pinch of salt and some sweet basil.
  • Mix well and set aside.
  • Slice the french bread according on how thick you want them to be.
  • Spread butter on one side then sprinkle garlic powder.
  • Grill or toast them. Just until they turn light brown.
  • Assemble your bruschetta. Place about a Tablespoon of green bell peppers and tomatoes on top of each toasted french bread.
